Important Information for Graduands

Gown Collection

Academic gowns and caps can be collected from the Construction board room from 20–22 July 2026, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Bring your student ID and receipt of payment.

Photography

Professional photographers will be available. Graduation photos can be ordered online after the ceremony.

Guest Tickets

Each graduand will receive two guest tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased from the Student Affairs Office before 10 July 2026.

Parking

Parking will be available at the main gate parking slot.
